Feeling faint

Anyone else? It's been a week and I'm so over it. The nurse at my obgyn office freaked out on me and made me go to the ER (even though I'm not having any concerning symptoms) so I can't wait for that bill. The nurses at the ER were very confused as to why she didn't just get me in there 😩 I do have lower BP and my blood sugar is on the low side, that's normal for me. They didn't test my iron though for some reason?

I'm just miserable, does anyone have any advice?
