Help!!! How do you not find out the sex of baby?!

Im very ocd but I would really like to have it a surprise at birth by not finding out the sex how did y’all pull through with this to not find out as much as you wanted too!?

I’m a huge type A personality and like to plan everything and yet I still waited til birth with both my babies (and will again whenever I get pregnant with my 3rd and last). There’s really nothing you can’t do or plan without knowing gender - we did a gender neutral nursery and bought gender neutral clothes. At our baby shower with our first we actually got the things we registered for and needed vs just getting a bunch of pink or blue outfits. Then nothing beats that moment at birth when you hear “it’s a ______!” It’s so worth the wait! There are so few surprises left in life, this ones a great one. 
Now from a practicality standpoint, there’s really only one time you have to be “strong” and not find out and that’s the anatomy scan. I just told the sonographer right when we arrived to please not tell us gender as we weren’t finding out. She just told us to look away when she would get anywhere near down there and then she didn’t write it down or put it in my chart or anything so no one else knew either and no one could slip up and tel us

So we aren’t finding out until birth. Every doctor appointment I reminded them very first thing that we aren’t finding out the gender. The ultrasound techs would tell us when to turn our heads. We’ve got about 11 weeks left
