Struggling with weight loss
I am down 8 lbs but I have been stuck there for 5 weeks now.
I’m loosing inches but I’m not losing any weight. I thought at first that my body was maybe in shock and that the pounds would start coming down after maybe 7-14 days but it’s been 5 weeks and I’m still stuck here
I upped my calorie intake so that I could then drop it again and my body would be like.. oh okay! And then lose weight but that didn’t work.
I don’t know what else to do but I’m about to give up 😭
I’m on week 7 and not seeing any results on the scale is really discouraging
I’m eating 1,580 calories and actively burning 400-500 a day and then my total calories burned in a day is roughly 2,400.. sometimes more
