Migraine management

I’m 10+4 today and for the last two days I’ve had the worst migraine. I thought it would go away with sleep but it hasn’t. Tylenol extra strength doesn’t even touch the pain. What can I do to get rid of this? I’m in so much pain I could cry 😔
