New Career!

Girls, I’m struggling. I currently work full time for a custom homes builder as a Project Coordinator (I basically manage the paperwork for the projects). My company is smaller and doesn’t have the greatest benefits such as insurance, PTO, etc. there’s no maternity leave and as we start to think of having more kids, I keep thinking I need to find a new job with better benefits (IE, maternity leave). However, I do get paid well here and have a fairly flexible schedule (if my sons sick, I stay home with no repercussions or work from home, if I have an appointment - I can just go and make up the time through the week another day) so I do love that. But I don’t even know what else I would do! I’ve done this for about 5 + years now and feel so stuck. I don’t want to take a huge pay cut either. What do you women do for a career?! I would love to hear some ideas!
