Hi there I'm 12 weeks pregnant and I just over the last day or so started getting hip cramps lower back pain and pelvic floor pain it feels like my pelvis is breaking or shifting or something very painful and I don't know if this is normal or not I don't want to call my doctor all in a panic if its nothing but holy smokes the intense snapping pain hurts really really badly does anyone know any relief ideas or something to ease my mind so I can get through whatever growing pains these are
