Which side or position is best for sleeping when pregnant ?

To avoid stillbirth need to avoid sleeping on back ? Is the sides sleeping safe? Which side is safe ? Is both ok!

You can lay on whatever side you want. Whatever is comfortable. I always slept on my back cause my dr told me I could. Your body will automatically turn when it wants to.

Sleeping in the left side is the best for blood flow and all that. But I just can’t get comfy on my left side. If you’re a back sleeper if you prop a pillow under your hip and lower back (keeps you from being flat on your back) is pretty comfy. 
Im usually a belly sleepy so I’ve had to try all the positions to get comfy

As long as you feel ok lying on your back, you can continue doing it. If you start to feel dizzy, that means baby is on a large vein and obstructing blood flow which obviously affects the baby. If you feel symptomatic on your back, don’t lie on your back. If you feel normal, you’re good.

Sleeping on your left will cause a lot more heartburn at night due to the oesophagus being on your upper left abdomen. Sleeping on your right could mean a better nights sleep for you. But honestly, whichever side is more comfortable for you will be fine. I recommend a pillow between the legs either way 😂
