Acclimating toddler to mask

Has anyone had any success getting their toddler to wear a mask? Their 2nd birthdays are just around the corner and it doesn’t seem like COVID will be going away or be under control (at least in my area) anytime soon. We’ve bought some masks for our daughter and given her the choice on whether she’d like to wear one when we go out. Sometimes she thinks it’s fun to wear one like mom and dad but she usually says “no”. We haven’t pushed it because she’s still so young and we don’t want to create a negative association. My mom sewed a matching one for her favorite doll which she thought was fun for about a day and then ripped it off and threw it away 😂. If anyone has a strategy or specific mask that you’d recommend, I’d love to hear from you!
