IUD removal....

So I got my IUD removed August 18 and my doc said slight cramps and spotting. Well evening I was having very strong cramps like I was in labour. Waves from front to back feeling like my back was going to break. I have had 2 Babies and 1 miscarriage. Everytime I go to the bathroom, the toilet bowl is full of blood I can't even see the bottom and water all red. My pad half full yo full but it's mainly when I sit on toilet it just comes out. It is such a bright red it is intense. I get waves of these cramps on and off randomly. Today I had anoth

er one outside and when I came in to the bathroom I had a large clot. Not long was it long but it was very thick. Thickness of sharpie marker. I'm really confused. Am I having a miscarriage,did the removal make my period come early. Period still 8 days away on my app which is always dead on. I do not recall getting my period last month or it being extremely light. I'm not sure.
