Trying to conceive after miscarriage

So I had miscarriage on 17weeks of my pregnancy, I had fertility treatment, did medication and timely intercourse. Got pregnant on my 6th cycle with fertility. But after I had miscarriage after a month I had hysteroscopy d&c because I had little tissue left from placenta. N 8/5/2021 finally got my period. I just wanted to know if I will have to go back to fertility to get pregnant or do you think I should try on my own for couple of months? Oh I have PCOS. Don’t know how it is with people who has PCOS. Can I get pregnant naturally without meds from fertility again?

I heard that people who has miscarriage they can get pregnant easily the 2nd time, is it true ? Please share any experience
