Does anybody else get nauseous after you eat?

My nauseous comes before or after I eat sometimes during I eat. I’ve woken up at 2 am & 6am starving so I get up and eat but then I’ll get nauseous it’s horrible.
I’ve noticed protein drinks help with my nauseous.

Yes. The food eventually helps but before and after it’s so hard. Even just thinking about food makes me 🤢. I’ll have to try the protein drink out.

Try diet sodas. I’m not sure if they help, but I started drinking Diet Coke when I’m eating and it settles my stomach a bit. Plus it’s GD safe.
