Am I crazy?

Tell me what yall think! This month we didn’t track ovulation because we wanted a break. So I’m not sure if the app was correct ab ovulation but I did put when we had sex. I ended my period august second. august 17th I had a horrible pain that had me bent over crying and I went to the ER. She told me I had an ovarian cyst but it hasn’t ruptured and it was small. that lasted until the 19th and now the pain is gone. They did give me a pregnany test and it was negative but ofc it was too early. HAVE YALL EVER HAD IMPLANTATION CRAMPS SO BAD you thought you were actually dying? Lol I’m gonna test august 27th. Also the only other symptom I would have rn is sensitive nipples
