TTC after Implant

I have an appointment to get my nexplanon out on Monday ( 8/30) after having it in for a year . Can anyone tell me their experience on TTC after having it for a year+ ? Good and bad ! How long did it take to conceive ? I also have a pelvic exam/pap smear tomorrow (8/24) to make sure everything is okay for a baby.
