Do you have a history of high blood pressure? If so are you taking your meds? Having any symptoms like lightheaded, dizzy, racing heart, trouble catching breath or pounding pulse? Also what cuff are you using? Wrist BP cuff or an actually arm cuff? If it’s an arm cuff, does the cuff feel or look small? Wrist cuffs and small arm cuffs can read higher than normal BUT I would definitely go get it checked in the ER or L&D if you are having other symptoms. If it’s just the BP I would call your OB in the morning or the nurse help line. Keep us update!

Deffo need to call your doctor, even though baby is born your still at risk of pre eclampsia so need to been seen sooner rather than later. Most hospitals will let baby come back in with you too so you don't get separated

I agree give them call first. They will most likely tell you to come in to be monitored. Or tell you to drink some water and lay down for a few and recheck it.
