This is BRUTAL. I honestly don’t even know what to do. 🤦🏽‍♀️ This photo was last night. She scream sad cried for 20min then I went in calmed her down and she went back to bed. 2 min later... scream cried at the top of her lungs. So I waited. 45 min standing and SCREAM CRYING and choking. So I went back in and laid with her on the ground. Put her back in.... she gets back up and scream cried for an hour until she was just worn out. My heart hurts. I don’t want to go in every 20 min. But I also don’t want to cry it out. She was SOAKING WET from sweat and crying. 😞 how long is this sleep regression gonna last? She isn’t a napper and never was but she went to be at 7pm on the dot since birth. Those who are going through this or have gone through it what did YOU do??? (Also I am solo and have zero help).
