Luteal phase length
I have a regular cycle of 29 days. I’ve been trying to conceive since April of this year and I’ve noticed through tracking that my luteal phase is only lasting about 10-11 days. How long is a luteal phase is supposed to last? Do I need to see a doctor about this or is there something I can naturally do to fix this?
