Can you tell if your pregnant without a test? Or are there any signs that let you know if your pregnant?

He came into me twice. Once on the 14th and once on the 21st. Before the 14th I had been wearing a patch for a week two weeks before that I didnt have the patch on because of my period and my patches didnt come in. I put on another patch after the 14th on that sunday (8) and wore it for a week. On this Sunday (22nd) I took off my patch because its been a hassle to keep it consistent with me moving. This Saturday (21st) he came into me again. Next day (22nd) not wearing patch anymore.

Update: Took a test. Not pregnant. However I still would like comments to see any other symptoms that I could possibly have down the road.
