So my work has decided to bring the mask mandate back which i didn’t really care about originally. First go around I noticed the mask made my acids reflux astronomically worse. I couldn’t sleep could barely eat or function in general. I have no problem wearing a mask to run in the store or if there’s someone near me -I’m not an anti masker- but they want us to wear a mask the entire day we are here and I am in a cubicle with nobody near me. My reflux has finally started to calm down since the mandate was lifted a couple months back. Do doctors write notes to excuse you from them? (Is still wear it when customers or other people were around me) I really can’t imagine sitting with it on 8 hours and my reflux not getting horrendous again. Also has anyone else with reflux noticed this 😅
