Pain in lower stomach

Hi everyone, I need some advice I’ve been suffering with lower stomach pain for the past 3 days so far according to people It could be ovulation pain however I’m not sure it is it can’t be period pain as ive already had it but it feels like period cramps but 100000000000x worse
