TTC with no luck

Hi all! My husband and I have been trying since December 2019. We had a loss in October of 2019 at 11 weeks. We have done clomid since December of 2020. After going to a different OBGYN in May he is switching me to Femara if I (hope I don’t) start my next cycle.

Any suggestions on things to try? All our tests have come back fine and my A1C (I’m diabetic) is lower than ever and my thyroid is good too. We are at a loss.
