I need help!

Hey everyone, I'm currently 12 dpo, been feeling neasea and I've started throwing up, super tired and have headaches the last few days. Took a pregnancy test and its a BFN. Is it took early to detect pregnancy, am I just ill or am I finally pregnant? Opinions very much needed!
