Menstrual cup postpartum

I am 3 months postpartum and having issues with my current cup. The manufacturer no longer makes the cup I have, but from memory, it was a bigger size because of a heavy flow.

At the moment I am having issues with the cup sitting too low and the stem poking out. And it is very uncomfortable. And I am unable to make it sit higher up.

I used this cup regularly before I had my daughter so I never had issues with it. And I was able to have it sitting very high.

Is there a chance that my current cup will still fit, I just need to give my body some time? Or is it a case of 'it will never fit again'?

I'd love to hear your opinions/stories on it. ☺️
