Dark lines 3 days before period🤩

Took a test just to see if my period was coming and i got dark positives 3 days before my period was due! Can’t help but to be paranoid i am so scared of miscarrying so i keep taking tests to make sure my lines aren’t getting lighter i think it’s safe to say i can stop now but any tips on how to not freak out over every little cramp, and symptoms that come and go??
