What’s wrong with my nostril piercing??

Ive struggled sooo hard with this since i got it in 2019. My piercer told me a hoop was okay, and since i knew next to nothing about body mods, i blindly believed her. Needless to say, i got irritation bumps for monthss. I went back to her and she proceeded to pierce through the bump, putting in a stainless steel L shaped stud.

I babied my piercing, cleaning twice a day with wound wash. But the bumps never went away. Finally, it started to calm down and was flat. I thought maybe it finally healed.

I woke up this morning to see this

What do i do???
