Hey y’all.. so I thought my first born was chunky… noooo little rainbow is CHUNKY. 99% in height & weight. With that being said, how do y’all help calm down heat rashes and is there a way to prevent them? Last night I just put aquaphor on his heat rash hoping that would cause for his skin not to stick together and make it worse when he slept, and it does look better today. However it’s anytime we get in the car if the car isn’t turned on cooling already and that little times he’s hot in there, I guess it just causes a heat rash. And we have swim lessons and when he’s outside for that he will get it too. So pretty much right when I’m getting it to calm down, it’s flares back up.

Just wondering what other people use to help with preventing and a better way to calm it down? I considered keeping him naked to let it air out. But realized that wouldn’t work… since it’s only in his rolls only! 😂
