My 2 year old boy is having a tough time expressing himself. He can say words and understand somethings but he is currently in speech therapy. But lately he has been getting frustrated and throwing things when he doesn't get his way or can't express himself. He's also started hitting me. I'm not sure what to do. I don't have a speech appointment until later on since she is out of town. Any advice ?
