Can I eat cake and pastilles ?
I am on my 12 weeks and i did not have even one bite of any cakes as i was scared of eggs and the baking powder.
I am dying now to have fruit pastilles but looking at ingredient it is full of different acids😖
Can you please advice me on what bakery or sweets I can eat at all??
