4 Months Without My Period?

Haven’t had a period in 4 months (LMP: 04/26/2021) and I’m not pregnant.. Here’s some back information.

I’m 22 years old, a mom to 4. Twin boys in 2018, a daughter in 2019, and another daughter in 2020. With my twins, it took me FOREVER to get my periods normal and to get pregnant. I was on Depo (Birth Control) for 3 months, I think I got the shot once or twice but that was all. My periods were like 13 days apart, to 17, to 21, to 28 to 33 and stayed at 33. Then I fell pregnant a year of actually trying, right when I was giving up.

After I had my last daughter, I was excited on getting on birth control, I wasn’t wanting anymore babies, but I was scared I’d have difficulties getting pregnant again, but 4 kids is a lot, right..? 😅

So I get on birth control I wanna say around 2-3 weeks postpartum, I get on Balcatora (combination pill) and it made me bleed HEAVY and very often, stopped it after taking it for maybe a week and not very consistent.

I get switched to the mini pill, I think I was just so caught up with my kids and I wasn’t being consistent so I stopped taking it, it also made me very aggressive, depressed and overall emotional. I took it for also maybe a week, VERY inconsistent.

So I switched to the patch. Put it on at night, it fell off in the morning.

I gave up.

I’m now 4 months away from my last period, and I’ve been to the hospitals, not pregnant.

I did have a Corpus Luteum Cyst on my ovary back in February, but I then had my period in April.

I’ve been going through a lot, from having to leave my kids with family to leave an abusive relationship and it’s ultimately leaving me homeless, I’m barely making it. Which I’m sure has caused my weight to fluctuate and play a role with my periods being late.. But come on?!

4 MONTHS?! Can she show already and just let my body be NORMAL. 😭

Here’s also a picture of my ovulation test and pregnancy test on July 21. Pregnancy test is still negative. Ovulation test is purple, pregnancy test is pink.
