Eye doctor.

So Jaxson had his 2 year apt today and it went great! She said he's super advanced and speaks extremely well!

I'm a little bummed though because she wants me to take him back to the eye doctor. I took him when he was 6 months old because I have a strabismis (lazy eye) and had to get glasses and a patch at 2 years old. They said he looked fine at the time. I've noticed lately sometimes his eye does seem to turn in a little but looking at him straight on it's fine. She told me today she thinks I need to take him back to the eye doc. My husband is super upset because he's been in denial everytime I ask him if he notices his eye turning in. I didn't even bring it up to the doc, she just noticed it.

I'm really hoping it's just a pseudo strabismis or a very minimal lazy eye and if he does need a patch it isn't for very long. I had to wear mine from ages 2-5 and I still remember getting made fun of for it. 😔 I prayed and prayed when I was pregnant that he wouldn't have the same issue. But, if he does we will just take it in stride. Like we dif with his helmet. He's still perfect.
