Any know whats this exactly? Its there since 6months on my baby right elbow. I'm using aquaphor for this.
Help me to know this

After applying eczema cream. she got some white patch 
What should I do ??

This looks similar to a rash my son gets only on his left elbow. We have to use prescription 2% hydrocortisone cream but it clears up in a couple days!

Could be eczema, I would definitely contact your pediatrician
