Low progesterone levels

I recently took a Proov ovulation test and each day of the four days it said my progesterone levels were low which could mean I did not ovulate successfully or my body will not be able to grow a baby bc my uterine lining won’t grow due to the levels not being high enough. I could have sworn I was having implantation bleeding this week but I am now on day four and my spotting has gotten heavier and darker. I am still 5 days out from when my period is due. I am worried something is very wrong. Anyone else have this happen or get put on progesterone meds? Any insight would be much appreciated. Thanks!!
