re: Covid vaccine.

I understand the hesitancy that comes with taking the vaccine and taking on that risk. But after seeing far too many stories like the one linked below lately, I just wanted to urge any of my fellow December bumpers that have yet to be vaccinated (and have the opportunity to now) to assess their risk level again.

Another young, pregnant mama gone too soon. Leaving behind her daughter and husband to grieve both her and the nearly full-term pregnancy lost from Covid complications (prior to the moms death).

The following stat is why I chose to share this here. Please consider the real and known risks of Covid to pregnant women when making your risk assessment regarding the vaccine.

"About 3 out of 4 pregnant people in the U.S. have not yet received a COVID-19 vaccine, according to new data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Among pregnant Black people, nearly 9 out of 10 are unvaccinated, according to the CDC."
