Serious question/ trigger warning: miscarriages

So a little backstory.. I had gotten a positive pregnancy test on August 13 when I went to have my blood drawn on August 17 my levels came back at 66.99. 48 hours later (19th) I had another blood draw and my levels came back at 126.73. On August 23 I had started spotting, Tuesday ended up getting cramps with more red spotting. Doctor had me come in for emergency ultrasound to rule out ectopic pregnancy. During my ultrasound they found a cyst and a mass on my right ovary but were unable to tell if there were any gestational sac/s. Suspected to see a possible sac inside my uterus as well as in the mass on my ovary. Dr. redid labs and my levels only came back at 225.81. I went back yesterday for a repeat ultrasound and labs, My ultrasound showed that the mass on my ovary had shrunk by half its original size and believed it to be me miscarrying an ectopic pregnancy, as my spotting had turned into light period like bleeding. Fast forward to today my doctor personally called me to let me know that my levels have almost doubled and we’re at 361.45. She is unsure of what is happening and I have a repeat draw on Monday. I am still bleeding. But no pains this entire time.

Has anyone had anything similar happen? Did you continue to miscarry or go on to have a successful pregnancy? I’m praying for a miracle!
