What do I do with this breast milk ?

I’m 24 weeks and I’m able to pump 4oz of milk twice a day this is my first baby I’m confused on why my milk came this early

You should mention to your doctor. You’re not really supposed to pump before 37 weeks because it can induce labor. That’s pretty cool though! Freeze it all.

Stop pumping and either wear milk collectors or nursing pads. Pumping can induce labor which is why they dont approve you to start until 36-37 weeks usually

You can get the same relief with milk collectors and it won't stress baby out as pumping does.

If you get to a point where you have a great stash built up and you’re running out of room you could look into a national milk bank and donate it to hospitals for nicu babies. My little man was born at 32 weeks and he was fed donated milk until mine came in. I really attribute him getting human breast milk over formula in those early days there to him having little issues and coming home faster. 💙
