So yesterday my poop was bright green sorry for the TMI but today I just pooped and my poop is literally red!! I wiped and the paper looked like blood 😣 but its not hemorrhoids cause it’s literally my whole poop that’s just red and I haven’t ate anything red either 😔 I did have a headache yesterday and today I don’t know if that makes a difference but why would my whole poop be red? It’s like bright red blood color and I’m 22 weeks pregnant by the way so this scares me 😭😭
