Staying sane whilst ttc
Does anyone have any tips?!
I had a medically managed miscarriage at 11 weeks back in June and have just started ttc again this month. I’ve got an Ava bracelet but to be honest feel like it’s making me feel so overwhelmed every morning. I’m on CD29 and have had two faint positive hpts in the past couple of days but all of the signs on my Ava and my body in general are suggesting AF is about to arrive - so i’m assuming that it’s a chemical.
I’m looking for advice really from anyone who has been trying for a while as to coping mechanisms to get through this every month?
