How far can a fetus move at 13weeks ?

I was wondering how far the fetus can move at 13 weeks. Can it move from my right side to my left or does it stay on one side. (how long is the umbilical cord) I had an ultrasound at 11 weeks and the baby was on my right side. Does this mean it will stay mostly on this side?  Just wondering, I have more discomfort on my left side then my right.

At that age the entire uterus is about the size of a grapefruit so the baby can bounce around in there but the size of the whole thing does not take up much space. It’s more likely round ligament pain.

Discomfort can come from so many factors, not just baby itself

Idk how far they can move, but at my 12 week US my baby kept moving so much they couldn’t get good pics and then she had to try several times to get the heartbeat because baby kept moving away from her - it was super funny, but I’m really hoping it won’t be like that next time
