When should I tell my boss??

So I work at a daycare, I'm a lead teacher of a 1 1/2 -2 year old room. I'm not scared about losing my job because at all. But I just got a positive test and was wondering when I should tell them. I lost my first baby in January so I'm kinda scared to talk about it too ealry even though I lost her in the 2nd trimester. I'm just worried about picking up on my kids at work (they are big kids lol)

I have made it a habit that I tell my boss right after I tell my family. That doesn't mean everyone has to know, but at least my direct supervisor will be aware that there may be adjustments needed.
I work in management with home delivery, warehousing and distribution so lifting IS a big part of the job. I lost my first baby in the 2nd trimester as well, and my job has always been so supportive of me. 
Point being, your safety at work is part of the pregnancy, and people can't put contingency plans in place when they dont know they are needed

I think you just do what you feel comfortable with. But I have 2 toddlers who I will be lifting many times daily and pregnancy alone doesn’t mean you can’t do that. Unless your doc specifically has given you reasons not to lift, you don’t need to be concerned. That being said, no reason not to tell your boss as long as you feel comfortable

I'm a lead in 3-4s and I'd probably tell my work shortly after my family. Maybe I'd tell my coteachers sooner if I had horrible nausea and had to go to the bathroom a lot. I've had losses (before I worked there) and I'd definitely tell my director if something like that happened because I'd need time off
