HELP!!?? Is this normal?

So I am currently 11 weeks and 3 days today. I went to use the bathroom two days ago and noticed some light pink/light red blood on the paper towel when I wiped. I panicked and called my OB and they said that was normal. We’ll fast forward to today (literally 5 minutes ago) I went to use the bathroom and saw a small amount of light pink/ light red blood on the paper towel when I wiped again!!! I’m starting to get really freaked out, I know implantation bleeding is a thing but that’s usually around 4-6ish weeks I think not at 10weeks!! Has this ever happened to anyone at 10-11 weeks prego any and was completely fine? What could this mean? Please help!!!
