Could this be to early

Hello everyone

So I got my IUD removed on the 2nd of August 2021.myself and hubby had intercourse on the 1st and the 9th and the 15th and the 25th. I only had spotting no periods since my first born in 2017.I took a test on the 17th it came back positive and took another one on the 18th than took a blood test and it was negative. I have had heartburn lost of Appetite I be getting nauseous through out the day headaches sleepy. I take take two test yesterday and today and was negative

Any advice or experiences
