I don’t know what going on!!!

So I had a period on August 22-24!!!!

Since being off I’ve had nothing but cramping an backache. On Friday I took a digital what said pregnant. I went to er due to cramping an they did blood work an said it was a 1.2 an I wasn’t pregnant. So I test when I came home an yea they were negative. I just don’t understand y I’m cramping an have backache like I’m having. I’ve never done this before!!!
