Periods and medication.

Hi! I’ve never posted here before so here goes! I wanted a bit of advice really, me and my fiancé are TTC I think we are like the second month in of trying. I’ve come off of my medication venlafaxine and I’ve been completely off it for 2 weeks now! I’m also getting married in a months time so I might be a little stressed!

Anyways I’ve had the worst pms of my life last week I was awful to be around as well as really bad acne. I normally get it a bit but nothing like that! I am also now nearly 3 days late I’ve taken two tests and they are negative, my period is normally like clock work so it’s unusual for me to be late…I’m still getting slight cramps but the pms has since calmed down. I don’t know if I skipped when I went on the venlaflaxine as I had the coil and didn’t have periods anyway. I’ve had the coil out since February and had a regular period ever since.

Has medication ever effected anyone else’s periods? any advice would be appreciated. 😀 sorry for the long message!
