Sorry for the long message :/ but ouch

So this past week it has felt like I am going to get a visit from aunt flow, Some mild cramps during the day and the typical dizzy spells I get more often. But it has not come.

Last night I woke up around 2:30/3 am with extreme ovary pain that were more like tight pressure than cramps and it caused me to feel like I was about to have diahrea but ended up being very constipated and it made me throw up simultaneously from the pain.

Tonight I had the same thing happen and I woke up at 2;30 on the dot with the exact same pain causing me to go to the bathroom and shake…

Does anyone know what this could possibly be as it’s more than one night, I thought I could be a cyst rupturing the first night but now I am kind of confused as it woke me up at the same time tonight 😴.

I am going to be calling my doctor in the morning but I thought I’d share this with you and hopefully get a response if someone has had this happen before. But I will for sure let you all know what the outcome was incase it ever does or has happened to you.
