4th pregnancy, no living children. Due in april

Hey everyone! I'll be 6 weeks tomorrow. I'm so afraid of another miscarriage, as I've had 3 before this. I'm on 4 different medications to try and make this one work. My firdt ultrasound is at 7 weeks. I'm having some light cramping, but it's happening more often today. Anyone else experiencing this? No spotting or anything, just wondering if I'm being paranoid.
