Odd habbit of boyfriend

Hello Everyone,

Does anyone else think it is strange to be obsessed with a habit. My boyfriend is obsessed with action figures. He collects star wars action figures and figures revolving around video games. I can be on FaceTime and he is playing with his action figures. It is just becoming strange to me. Last night i said “can you put down your action figure so I can talk to you” then he got mad. I felt like I was talking to a child and was very uncomfortable. Don’t get me wrong I like to collect stuffed lamas, squishmallows, Disney stuffed animals, and stuff from movies when I was a child. He will literally spend hundreds of dollars on these action figures. I get the fun in it, but he is starting to get obsessed. We will probably actually go poor so he can buy action figures (lol). He wont even let me move them even if they are in a mess in the middle of the living room floor.

Does anyone else think it is strange?
