3 month old baby hasn't 💩 in 5 days?

Question

My 3 month old is exclusively breastfed and hasn't pooped in 5 days? I've done the bicycle legs, tummy rubs, cool boiled water with squeezed orange (as advised by professional), Bath.. Everything!! The last day he had a bowel movement he pooped 3 times. His gas smells Awful. He's not uncomfortable, he's very happy. Should I worry?

days without pooping!

It’s normal for breastfed babies to go days with out pooping. Breastmilk is able to be fully digested with little waste so nothing to poop. My daughter went 11 days once. Happy as a clam.

My doc told me get her checked at 7 days, and if baby’s not uncomfortable let them be and don’t worry
