Tooth brushing success!

I posted last week about how Ivy hates brushing her teeth, loads of you sympathised so I thought I would give you an update.

A few people in the post mentioned "the monkey game" or similar, where you make it a game of brushing things out of the mouth- we tried it. Started off as food, and I'd give them little voices "help! I'm a banana! I'm trapped! Brush me out!" and pretend to brush the banana out etc but it quickly became brushing out t-rexs, witches, monsters and all the other silly things Ivy loves 😂 She still covers her mouth and shouts "no like tooth brush" but as soon as I actually start brushing and do impressions of witches or roars of dinosaurs and tigers, she's much better. In fact when I finish, she picks the tooth brush back up and says "Find more monsters!" and wants to brush again 😂

Complete game changer. Just wanted to thank those that helped, and pass on the advice to those in the same boat ❤
