PCOS trying to conceive

I’m 5 months in with trying. I was lucky with my first son I went to the doctor was told I wasn’t ovulating next month I was pregnant. I just had a check up he said he still seen some cyst but that they weren’t bad enough to effect my ovulation but they can get in the way. 5 months of trying I feel like they definitely are effecting ovulation but I also haven’t been trying my absolute hardest. I don’t know what I’m trying to get out if this maybe just some encouraging stories similar to mine ? 🤦🏼‍♀️
