I’ve had oversupply since my milk transitioned (my baby is 3 months old now), and it’s definitely improved, but I’m still struggling with it. My right breast makes way more than my left, and they both overproduce. I’ve worked with a lactation consultant and tried block feeding, but my daughter really struggles with feeding when I block feed if I don’t express a good amount of milk, which I feel like cancels out the purpose of block feeding because I have to express so much milk for her to feed well. Is there anything else I can try? I’m all ears!
