I am 25/26 weeks with my 4th child,finally a little girl.

Anyways I got Diagnosed with my back Condition last January,

the report states this ,

L5-S1: Moderate loss of disc height is seen. Loss of disc signal is seen. Moderate disc bulge is seen, with a superimposed right lateral recess/foraminal disc extrusion, as on series 5 image 32 there is at least moderate right-sided neural foraminal narrowing with mild to moderate left-sided neural foraminal narrowing. Minimal to mild central canal narrowing is seen.

IMPRESSION: Premature lower lumbar spine degenerative changes are seen, including a right sided disc extrusion at the L5-S1 level.

There is an annular fissure seen posteriorly at the L4-L5 level, with a central disc protrusion seen at this level with moderate central canal narrowing.

my pregnancy has unfortunately been effected I feel ,I just got told I have Pelvis Separation,I’m in pre-labor 3 weeks ago I was 40% Effected and 2cm Dilated,I feel and can hear bones rubbing against one another,I feel and hear slight pops ,I’m always in discomfort.

Has anyone else dealt with this while pregnant?

How did it effect the pregnancy?

Did you deliver early due to the conditions?

If you still had a vaginal birth ,was it more challenging/painful due to your contractions?

If you had a c-section because of the contraction, how was it?Never had one before…

Regardless, how did it effect your Healing Process?

This is obviously my first pregnancy with this condition,I’ve only ever had Mild Scolioses,so this is definitely a new ball game.

Thank you for your input I appreciate it and have a great day…
